Our story.

For over 20 years, Platinum Resourcing has been helping professionals in Buckinghamshire and Berkshire find their next job. We specialise in connecting people with roles in Marketing, Sales, Finance, Customer Service, Events, Administration, and HR. Our approach to recruitment has built strong relationships with a variety of local businesses, from large blue-chip companies to small, independent firms. We’re known for our expertise in these regions, focusing on opportunities in Marlow, Windsor, Maidenhead, High Wycombe and other local areas.

In January 2021, Platinum Resourcing joined forces with Chiltern Recruitment, enhancing our network and capabilities. Although working closely together, Platinum Resourcing and Chiltern Recruitment remain separate companies, each with its own specialisms and expertise in the recruitment industry. This collaboration has broadened our reach and deepened our understanding of the job market across Buckinghamshire and Berkshire.
