Job description.

This is a great opportunity to join a growing business within the Financial Services Industry. Our client is looking for an Customer Service Executive, reporting to the Sales Operations Manager you will be responsible for providing comprehensive sales and administration support. This will include customer liaison, quoting/selling along with various other administration duties.

The company offers opportunities for progression and the chance to study NVQ’s and related qualifications.

Salary £26,000 – £30,000 depending on level experience, plus bonus scheme, career development plans allowing you to progress and grow within the company.

This role is fully office based.

Responsibilities:

  • Dealing with customers by telephone and advising them of the various products available
  • Completing applications on behalf of customers, ensuring all key information is recorded with accuracy
  • Updating internal systems with sales information
  • Producing necessary documentation for new insurance policies
  • Maintaining various customer records and handle policy renewals
  • Responding to email/telephone enquiries generated from the website
  • Performing further business projects upon request of the Sales Operations Manager

Experience required:

  • The ability to deliver outstanding customer service
  • Experience in financial services is preferred
  • Competent in Microsoft Office packages
  • Excellent communication/negotiation skills
  • The ability to learn processes quickly
